Hot to Get Your Body in Great Shape For Swimsuit Season

If you packed on a few pounds over the winter months, you are not alone. Bulky sweaters and layers of warm clothing make it easy to hide a bit of extra pudge. Pair that with the holiday season, the desire to eat heary comfort foods when the weather is cold, and the inability to get outside and workout, and you have a recipe for fat disaster. Some people get the blues during winter and they have a difficult time motivating themselves to get to the gym. Others may self-medicate their doldrums with snacks loaded with carbohydrates.

If any of this sounds like you, it may be time for a change now, as winter draws to a close. The first step is to assess the battle you have created for yourself. Hop on the gram scale or weighing scales in your home and see how much damage you did over the winter season. Even a few pounds can make a big difference in how you look and feel. You can also try on a few of your favorite summer outfits to see what needs to be done to have you looking svelte and fit in these clothes. Once you know what you are up against, you can put together a fitness plan that, if begun now, will have you feeling and looking your best in a few months when swimsuit season rolls around. All it takes is a bit of motivation and a desire to improve your health and your appearance.

Whether it is a few pounds you need to lose or a bit more than that, it is important to add exercise into your fitness plan. This is especially true if you change your eating habits drastically and you lose a large amount of weight in a short time. You want to build muscle while losing fat, otherwise you will find your body flabby and without shape. In some cases all you will need is a boost in exercise. A firm, toned body that is a few pounds overweight may be more attractive and feel better than being your ideal weight and not having the ability to make it up the stairs without getting winded. Even if the weather is still too cold and miserable to get outside working out, you can create a workout plan indoors. Join a gym or use exercise videos in the privacy of your own home. If you are not great at following rules, you may want to fit exercise into your day in other ways. Use the staircase in your home more than usual, park further away from your destination so you walk more, and use housecleaning as an exercise tool.

Once you are up and about, you may only need a few adjustments to your diet to make a big difference. Make an attempt to tame your sweet tooth, cut back on white flour like that found in pasta and white bread and eliminate sodas and high calories juices. In no time at all you will be ready to slip into your swimsuit.

Connor Sullivan recently spent time researching high end weighing scales for a customer of his. He purchased a gram scale for use in his jewelry store.

Remove Hair Permanently : Laser Hair Removal or Electrolysis?

The two options to remrove hair permanently are laser hair removal and electrolysis. These two methods are permanent but take several follow up visits in order to reach the wanted clearance of hair. These follow up visits need to be spaced apart because the hair has to be treated during a particular stage in its life cycle.

Treatments prices can vary, both from salon to salon and from person to person. Depending on the person and the amount of hair that must be treated, what may cost one person fifty dollars a session may cost another around two hundred fifty dollars. It is a good idea to look around and get prices from different spas and salons in order to find the best prices.

1. Electrolysis
Electrolysis uses an electrical signal to kill the hair follicle. Using a small sterile metal rod inserted into each hair shaft, an electric signal is sent all the way down into the root of the hair, thus killing it. Permanently destroying the hair. Electrolysis has been used for over one hundred years so it is one of the most used and relied upon methods. This method can cause some slight discomfort - a slight stinging sensation is usually the result. This treatment is regulated in some states, so if it is regulated in the state you live in be sure your electrologist is properly certified.

2. Laser Hair removal
This method is relatively new compared to electrolysis. This technique uses light at a certain wavelength to damage the hair follicle. Most people who use this method find it very effective. This option costs around one hundred to two hundred dollars a session so it is a bit more expensive than electrolysis per treatment. However, less treatments are needed in total so the price difference between this and electrolysis may even out after a few treatments. The laser option is a great option for women who have unwanted hair on their face that they want to get rid of permanently.

Some people want to try to remove hair permanently at home, you may purchase an electrolysis machine for at home use. There is also a new cream that has been developed to slow the growth of hair, this may be an easier option for people who want to do this from home.

Anal Bleaching - The New Craze

Anal bleaching has become the new in-thing among porn stars, strippers, celebrities, and some free-thinking neighbors. I guess I'm totally out of it, because I haven't heard of this personal care tid-bit. Even some feminine magazines have been publishing information about this technique.

What is Anal Bleaching?

If you've been leading a sheltered life as, apparently, I have been, anal bleaching is described as a cosmetic technique in the dictionary. To be exact: "Whereby strong bleaching solutions like hydroquinones are used to lighten the anal area. This procedure is employed by strippers, body builders, actors and actresses. Seems over time, the butticular area becomes darker (some say it's due to dark foods like coffee, others speculate it's due to staining from the bilirubin content in feces). Either way, those who aspire to wear butt floss as swim wear or do pole dancing seem to feel a lighter sphincter will improve their image."

Why is the Anal Discoloration Offensive?

The idea that anal color is offensive is a personal opinion, I guess. Personally, I haven't really thought much about it, nor do I tend to view the internal anal area. However, some express the bleaching of this area is a health and hygiene issue, while others promote it as a cosmetic beauty treatment. Researchers propose anal staining is due to excessive coffee and soda drinking, and poor hygiene. So, apparently, after years of bad eating habits and poor wiping, the anus skin becomes darker in color.

So, the obvious solution is to bleach the dark skin similar to the way dentists bleach out stains on our teeth. The difference is in the compound used to make the bleach. Anal bleach is composed of a peroxide-based cleansing gel, and wiped away with tissue that mirrors baby wipes, but with a much larger price tag.

On the Cosmetic Beauty Treatment Side:

The general synopsis for anal discoloration is genetic. Some people have more pigment in that area of their bodies than others. In comparison, some people have dark colored nipples and labia, while others light.

Who Does Anal Bleaches?

Many upscale salons and spas offer this treatment. Of course, you need to know where to look and have half your annual salary in hand to make your butt to look like a porn stars.
If you want or need to be a bit more thrifty with your hard earned money, you can get anal bleaching supplies to do the procedure in your own home! Search on Google and you'll find many businesses that offer this type of commodities.

Personal Thoughts on Anal Bleaching ...

Now, I may be old fashioned, but bending over or squatting on a mirror to look between my ass cheeks is not high on my 'to do' list. In fact, I doubt it would even rank anywhere in my top 10 things to do before I die! Sure, I bathe, scrub, powder and lotion my body, but bleaching? No thank you, the color of my anus is what it is, and that's the end of that tune.

It's highly doubtful that photos of my anus will be displayed as artwork on the walls of my hacienda. If my anus color had a negative affect on my sex life or partner, I think it would be time to dump the bum to the curb.

Don't just sit on the sidelines and envy others with six pack abs. Building your own six pack is not as unrealistic as you might think. Go to http://sixpackstomach.walkinsarewelcome.com and begin to create your own six-pack abs! Not only will you look better, but you will be stronger, more flexible, and have increased energy.

Some False Beliefs About Body Piercing

If you are thinking of getting your body pierced, then you need to know more about piercing. Body piercing is an art and is considered a social custom for tribes of the past. However, it has now evolved and turned into a fashion fad. Since body piercing is already popular there are a lot of false beliefs that surround it. For those who are interested in getting their bodies pierced, here are some of the false beliefs about piercing that you should take note of.

Getting a piercing on the navel can cause stomach problems. While some people believe that getting a piercing on your navel can affect your stomach, this is certainly not true. As long as you are going to seek help from a professional, getting your navel pierced won't be a problem. Aside from that, there are abdominal muscles that protect your intestines, so a simple piercing won't affect it.

It is much safer to use a piercing gun than a needle. Before, a needle is used for getting pierced; however, a piercing gun is invented to provide convenience. Although it is convenient to use this gun for piercing, it does not necessarily mean that it is safe in general. There are a lot risks involve in using a gun for piercing. Since it can't be sterilized, it can promote infection. Aside from that, you are also at risk for acquiring diseases which can be very risky.
Getting your body pierced is very painful. Generally speaking, pain is subjective; however, a lot of people thought that getting your body pierced is very painful. There can be some pain while having your piercing but it not as painful as what people think. Pain also depends on how a person perceives it. If you have a low pain tolerance, then you may feel that getting a piercing is painful.

These false beliefs are not true, so if you are still doubting and you want to have a piercing, it would be best to do your own research about this procedure.

Tips on How to Apply Makeup to Cover Up the Marks on Your Skin Flawlessly

We all have those embarrassing marks on our face, old acne scars, or blemishes, dark spots, age spots and the like. And while we can work at getting rid of them in between we can work at covering them up until they are gone. Here are some tips for applying makeup to make it look as natural as possible.

There's an art to applying makeup so that it looks natural and beautiful. Many women do not take the time to really apply their makeup properly and so the result sometimes can be somewhat astonishing, to put it mildly. Surely at some point in time you must of come across one or two people who looked like they were off to some Halloween party in the middle of May or something like that because their makeup was painted on too thick. Too much makeup clogs the pores which can result in breakouts and other skin problems.

When it comes to makeup, the most important factor is choosing the right color that is suited to your complexion. Makeup is not supposed to hide the natural beauty of your skin tone but rather to complement it and give it that overall natural beautiful look while hiding any blemishes you might want to go overlooked. Your makeup and your skin tone should blend well together.

Choose a foundation that's right for your skin tone and also one that is closest to your skin type. You know the drill oily, dry, combination and sensitive skin. Foundations come in many formulas such as Liquids, Creams and Powder. They all contain various ingredients so be sure and check the labels to ensure that you get the one that is the most suitable to your skin type. Before applying makeup to your face test a small patch on the inside of your elbow, wipe it off and monitor the area for twenty four hours. Afterward if there is no ill reaction then you're most likely not going to suffer from an allergic reaction to the brand.

Foundation should be applied to a fresh clean face. Apply a little bit of foundation on different areas of your face, and massage gently onto the skin using a damp sponge. You may also apply foundation to the skin while it is still damp just after you have finished washing it. This ensures that the foundation is spread out evenly over the face. Don't forget to include the jaw line when applying foundation. Once you are satisfied that your foundation looks flawless and natural, covering all the marks on your face, you can proceed to the next step of applying your blush, lipstick and eye makeup.

At the end of the day, always be sure to remove all traces of your makeup from your skin. If you leave it on overnight then your makeup can begin to clog your pores and will do damage to your skin like cause breakouts or blemishes. Always use a mild cleanser designed for the face, never regular bar soap as this will dry out your skin and, you guessed it cause more skin problems.

How Much Does Laser Hair Removal Cost?

What is Laser Hair Removal?

Laser hair removal is the act of directly targeting your follicles with a high intensity light that permanently damages root of the unwanted hair with little or no damage to the surface of the skin. This usually performed by a doctor or a nurse at a medical spa, or cosmetic surgeon's office and is the second most common cosmetic procedure performed behind Botox injections. Also, the number of these procedures has doubled since 2000 and will continue to rise.

Whether it's removing painful ingrown hairs, or removing unwanted (and unsightly) hair from problem areas it is not only aesthetically pleasing to the eye and touch, the convenience of never having to shave again will save in time and money of never having to touch a razor again.

Is Laser Hair Removal Safe?

10 years ago when this type of procedure was beginning to gain popularity this procedure was not recommended for individuals with dark pigmentation. Advances in technology have allowed all people access to have this procedure performed, even those with an olive skin complexion. The actual laser that is used to perform this procedure has come a long way since those days, and as with most technologies, 10 years is a long time, and many developments have transpired since the beginning.

This procedure is also virtually pain free and requires no anesthesia, and in most circumstances most people are comfortable enough to work the next day. These few reasons are why laser hair removal is second most common cosmetic procedure performed in America.

How Much does it Cost?

Laser hair removal is one of the more recession friendly cosmetic procedures out there, but it really depends on the amount of unwanted hair you have and how many problem areas you would like to take care off.

It's always best to go to a place that offers a free consultation, try a few offices or medical spas, and then you can make a sensible decision. Depending on where you go, and how much hair you have they are going to ask you to go in for not just one procedure.

For example, a man with excessive and unsightly back hair could potentially require 3-5 procedures, each procedure costing $150 to $450 for each procedure. On the other hand, a woman who's looking to just get her underarms taken care of, may only take one procedure and she'll be taken care of in one procedure, and out the door for $200.

Make sure you do you homework and you check out a few places, get a good price range, and ultimately balance the office that you most feel comfortable with and is within you budget.

Get White Teeth at Home Faster!

Having shiny white teeth in your youth is simple. Even if you did not brush your teeth very much and consumed sugary soda and junk food all day there was no need to worry, the color of your teeth was unaffected and they remained white and bright.

If you carry on with these habits when you are older however, your tooth color does become affected and your teeth frequently turn a yellow or brown colour.

This is due to the fact that the enamel on your teeth gets little by little worn away by the acid found in your food and bad habits such as not brushing your teeth and consuming sugary food and drink speeds up this process. There is nothing you can do to fully prevent this process from occurring, however you can make your teeth appear whiter and healthier, and your smile more beautiful by whitening your teeth. Whitening your teeth can raise your confidence and make you feel happier about smiling.

To whiten your teeth you can either visit the dentist for treatment or you can whiten your teeth at home with teeth whitening kits. Treatment at the dentist is frequently very pricey. Home teeth whitening kits on the other hand are equally as effective as the treatment your dentist can give you but the kits are much cheaper and more convenient. Also you can frequently get a free sample of the home teeth whitening products on the market from the companies that sell them.

The solutions in these kits are simple to apply and are very safe. Every consumer can now try this new tooth technology for free.
